Alissa Wilkerson (307) - Plastic Challenge on Thanksgiving

I chose to do the Plastic Challenge on Thanksgiving. This challenge proved to be impossible, but I included some of the highlights in the presentation below. After spending a day overly aware of the plastic I was using, and trying to find suitable alternatives, I feel I am so much more aware of how dependent we are on plastic. I also realized that there are not many alternatives available to us, namely, hygiene and food products. However, we can do our best do substitute plastic for materials like glass and metals.
